Framework Financial is led by Janelle Harrison, a Chartered Professional Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Her career spans public practice, local government, and business ownership; meaning she has seen the same problems from three very different sides of the table.
Janelle began in public practice serving owner-managed businesses, then spent more than a decade in local government finance with a regional district and a mid-sized municipality, rising to Financial Reporting Supervisor. There she led a five-member team, managed consolidated year-end closure, oversaw public sector compliant financial statements, led the annual audit, and designed the reporting delivered to senior leadership and council. She also owns and operates a commercial real estate.
That range is the point: she has prepared and processed the invoices, created the statements, led the audit, sat with leadership, and signed for the business.
